Preliminary applicants are contacted based on their position in the lottery closest to number one and based on the priority preference for this project which is 07305 Jersey City Residency and Jersey City Residency. Should your number be reached, a follow up email with additional requirements will be sent to you with instructions on how to submit an official application. 

 

In the meantime, your patience is appreciated while we reach out to the first set of potential eligible households based on unit size, household size,  income status and priority preference for this project.
